our story

The Sea Latch Inn was lovingly owned by Bob and Peggy Poulin for 41 years before it changed hands to the Perkins family in 2021. Bob and Peggy built long, rich relationships with the families that visited the Sea Latch, and had a wonderful reputation as being summer hosts to many families throughout each year. This property has been an important part of family vacations for decades, and will continue its legacy of being so for decades to come.

The Perkins Family purchased the property in 2021 from the Poulin’s, and work to continue their legacy as patrons of Long Sands Beach and the Sea Latch Inn by offering great service, affordable rooms, and a uniquely coastal Maine experience that has the same families returning year after year to enjoy staying here.
